Scotwest, based in the West Highlands of Scotland, had that very issue. They were targeting the lucrative Russian market with their high quality langoustines. But given the distance and the expense of multiple visits to influence buyers, they decided to produce a video that captured the essence of what makes their business, their product and the environment they operate in, so special.
